LOUISVILLE, KY, August 22, 2014 – Steve Gray, SIOR and Robert Walker, CCIM represented Kingbrook Commerce Park, LLC in the sale of 13 acres on Kingbrook Parkway.

Faurecia is a supplier of automobile components used in vehicle assembly and will occupy a newly constructed facility of 105,000 square feet owned by The Landmark Group Companies, LLC. Faurecia joins Crosley, Eaton Corporation, Brown Jordan, Inc., Neff Packing and Structural Component Systems at the well located business park along Highway 1848, just one quarter mile from Interstate 64.
