The Cushman & Wakefield / Commercial Kentucky industrial service team has more than 90 years of combined experience assisting clients with their real estate needs.  They provide their clients with in-depth market knowledge and leveraging tools such as lease analysis and market research programs to competently realize client objectives through lease and lease renewal negotiations, sublease strategies, asset acquisitions and dispositions.

In the last five years, our industrial team leased and sold over 11.8 million square feet valued at more than $218 million. This team represents several regional and national industrial developers who are in the process of bringing to the market multiple bulk buildings in strategic locations to help satisfy the e-commerce demand.  With our strategic partners, Cushman & Wakefield and St. Onge, our team can provide supply chain solutions involving logistics network modeling, inventory optimization, work-force profile, location assessments, transportation sourcing and many other logistics services.
