LOUISVILLE, Kentucky, March 18, 2025 – Austin English and Craig Collins of Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky, represented the seller, Park Eze on the sale of the Advocacy Plaza, located at 701 West Jefferson Street in Louisville, KY.
This 1,135-space multi-level parking structure also includes over 35,000 sf of office space, which is currently occupied by both the Jefferson County Department of Public Advocacy office, as well as a private attorney. The Advocacy Plaza Parking Garage sits directly across Jefferson Street from the Jefferson County Judicial Center, which provides high monthly and daily parking usage.
