LOUISVILLE, Kentucky, March 18, 2025 – Austin English and Craig Collins of  Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky, represented the seller, Park Eze on the sale of the Advocacy Plaza, located at 701 West Jefferson Street in Louisville, KY.

This 1,135-space multi-level parking structure also includes over 35,000 sf of office space, which is currently occupied by both the Jefferson County Department of Public Advocacy office, as well as a private attorney.  The Advocacy Plaza Parking Garage sits directly across Jefferson Street from the Jefferson County Judicial Center, which provides high monthly and daily parking usage.  The garage also benefits from its close proximity to several other public and private buildings and Louisville’s downtown.
