Indian Trail Square Shopping Center is a 289,937 square foot retail hub situated on 29.27 acres in Louisville, Kentucky. This center has been a key player in meeting the retail needs of Southern Jefferson County. The 30-acre site offers a significant value-add opportunity for investors to acquire a prominent retail center at a cost well below replacement value.
Indian Trail Shopping Center boasts over 1,500 linear feet of visibility along Preston Highway, a major retail corridor with a traffic count of over 40,065 vehicles per day.
