Brent is currently licensed in Kentucky, with Tennessee and Kansas licenses in escrow. He has been responsible for leasing numerous office and retail properties in all three states. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Brent has successfully negotiated leases and generated new business opportunities for multiple clients.

Most recently responsible for Woodlawn Capital’s 7-building Louisville office portfolio, Brent has also worked for Oakland, LLC, Tier Reit, Behringer Harvard, IPC US Reit and Intell Real Estate. Brent brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky and to our Office Services Team.
