Victoria Saunders joined the Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky team in September 2023 as Brokerage Marketing Support and has been thrilled to grow into the Research Analyst position. Her current duties revolve around providing research analytics that help brokers and clients understand the market’s health as well as current trends and changes. She coordinates the yearly Industrial Forum as well as publishes quarterly market reports and monthly availability reports. Her unique perception of Kentucky real estate stems from working within the residential mortgage and title industries, respectively.
