Two Olympia Park is a 100% leased, 137,486 square foot office building in Louisville’s most affluent suburban submarket. The Northeast submarket achieves the highest per square foot rental rates in the city, with vacancy rates that are below the city’s average.
Built in 2019, this Class A office building was designed with state-of-the-art amenities to support modern tenants and a growing workforce. The property features a wellness center with cardio and weight training equipment, full locker room facilities, and on-demand fitness programs. Additional amenities include a conference center for tenant use, a staffed guard station, secured parking, and controlled building entrances with video surveillance. Outdoor features include a landscaped Zen garden and a thoughtfully designed outdoor gathering space with benches and seating areas, enhancing the overall tenant experience.
