LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – July 14, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky, Inc. is pleased to announce the leasing opportunity of two new industrial facilities located at 1004 East Blue Lick Road. This will be the first solo project by Johnson Development Associates, Inc. in the Louisville market.

South Louisville 65 Logistics Center is located in Shepherdsville, KY, just 10 miles from the UPS Worldport and Louisville International Airport. This prime location provides employers access to the strong demographic profile of the Louisville MSA while being in a proven location minutes from the South/Airport submarket.

This Class A development consists of two buildings, Building I will be 339,712 SF cross-dock design and Building II will be 368,509 SF rear loaded.
