This organization is considered one of the highest standards in the commercial real estate industry, proven by the fact that members are selected by invitation only. Commercial Kentucky has three team members, Steve Gray, Robert Walker, and Phil Charmoli that are apart of the SIOR organization.
Over seven decades ago, the organization began in 1939 by realtors Frank G. Binswanger and David T. Houston. Since its birth, SIOR has acquired over 3,000 members in nearly 40 countries around the globe.
The members of this organization are considered the leaders of the commercial real estate industry, demonstrated by their vast banks of knowledge and real estate experience.
In turn, their industry knowledge and backgrounds have led to billions of dollars in sales and leases annually. Working with one of our SIOR members will provide a true upperhand in the real estate industry because of the status, experience, and relationships representatives establish within the organization.
SIOR provides a number of services to benefit the commercial real estate industry. It’s Members work closely with the National Association Of Realtors® in order to maintain the highest level of ethics and standards for realtors.
