Robert Walker and Jake Mills worked with Roebling from start to finish. Following the land acquisition, marketing efforts began to offer both buildings for lease concurrently while the buildings were under construction. Building One (1) is a 150,000 SF warehouse and Building Two (2) is a 240,000 SF warehouse. Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky successfully secured leases for both buildings prior to construction completion. This collaboration with Roebling Development resulted in record-high rents for speculative development in the Louisville market.
