MIDWEST RE JOURNAL NAMES CUSHWAKE NO. 2 BROKERAGE, NO. 3 PROP MANAGER
Midwest Real Estate Journal ranked Cushman & Wakefield No. 2 in brokerage (in a list of 66) and No. 3 in property management (in a list of 62) in its recent 2018 Best of the Best special issue.
For brokerage, the rankings were based on total leasing transactions and investment sales in the Midwest region (the publication listed $16,750,000,000). For property management, the rankings were based on total square footage (sf) owned and managed in the Midwest region (the publication listed 242,150,262 sf).
