The way we work has changed, but we have found creative ways to deal with social distancing.  We know that it’s challenging to conduct business in the midst of current circumstances.  We’ve all been asked to do our part to minimize social contact, but some timelines simply cannot be shifted.  While we are working remotely, we are continuing to provide the same high level of service and expertise that our clients and customers have come to expect. 

• We are working with tenants to negotiate the best deals on new spaces and lease renewals. 
• New and ongoing property acquisitions and dispositions are underway with our investment team. 
• Landlords rely on us to keep their buildings leased, and we are working diligently to do just that.
