Professional Experience
Kristine McFarland began her career with Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky in 2016 as an Administrative Coordinator, providing marketing and administrative support primarily for the industrial service line, and other service lines as needed. After a short break from the commercial real estate industry, Kristine rejoined the firm in May of 2021 as our Research Analyst.
In addition to heading all research functions locally, Kristine also maintains Cushman & Wakefield’s proprietary database of over 2,000 office and industrial properties for the Louisville market. Kristine provides and coordinates research support to our team and their clients by effectively utilizing internal and external market data and providing up-to-date market insights.
Kristine provides support to Cushman & Wakefield’s global team by compiling quarterly statistics which include absorption, construction, inventory, leasing and sales activity, vacancy and rental rates, and publishes the quarterly MarketBeat Snapshot reports. Kristine also creates interactive development maps using Cushman & Wakefield’s proprietary mapping software.
She collaborates with our in-house marketing team, assisting with marketing efforts as needed.
