Sr. Brokerage Marketing Support
Tammy Madigan joined our team as Administrative Coordinator in 2012. Her role is to provide support for brokers on both the Office and Retail/Investment Teams. The brokers depend on her to help them prepare leases, proposals, listing agreements, brochures, presentations, and all other projects necessary to best serve their client’s needs.
Mrs. Madigan’s extensive experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant in the architectural, property development and construction industries, as well as her work as Co-Chair of a grassroots group working to restore and preserve a local historic landmark, has allowed her to gain a broad base of expertise which she lends to both the Office Services and Retail/Investment Groups, thus aiding the success of both of these Commercial Kentucky Teams.
