E.P.’s natural gifts for listening to clients, analyzing their needs, and matching them with appropriate space have made E.P. an invaluable asset to clients and to Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky. E.P. enjoys marketing properties for landlords, as well as aiding tenants in lease negotiations.

E.P. joined the firm in 1999 to specialize in selling and leasing office space. He also handles selling and leasing retail space, working with companies like Kelly Services, the Morales Group and Affordable Care Dentures to name just a few.
