Ginny Baker joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky in January of 2020 as a Brokerage Marketing assistant. She assisted with the preparation of proposals, brochures, and presentations. She was promoted to Brokerage Marketing Coordinator in 2022 and currently coordinates marketing for our company, including budgeting, social media, sponsorships, and website content.

Prior to joining our team, Ginny worked for advertising agencies in Kentucky and Tennessee. Her extensive background in advertising and marketing gives her an eye for detail and a wide ranging perspective on branding and communicating to a target market.
