Professional Experience
Sam brings a long tenure of commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky and his clients. He is a member of the National Hospitality Capital Markets team and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of hotels in the region. Sam began his commercial real estate career with our firm in 1982 and along the way spent 18 years cross training in the capital and financial markets. This unique combination of market perspectives – understanding both the operational and financial sides of commercial real estate – enables him to provide clients with comprehensive investment insights and strategic guidance that bridges the gap between property fundamentals and capital market dynamics.
