Susan Lennon began her commercial real estate career in Louisville as the local Real Estate Research Analyst, then relocated to Atlanta to serve as the Cushman & Wakefield Regional Research Services Manager. Returning to Louisville, Susan served as the Director of Marketing for Commercial Kentucky. After taking a break to raise twins, she rejoined the Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky team as the Business Operations Manager. Her twenty-five-plus years of experience in commercial real estate has given her insights into marketing, database management and research analytics, as well as the operations component of the business.

Susan is now responsible for the business’ financials, vendor negotiations, management and the day-to-day physical operations of the office. She also serves as the liaison between Commercial Kentucky, Inc. and Cushman & Wakefield.
