Tammy Madigan joined the Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Kentucky team as an Administrative Coordinator in 2012 and is now a Senior Brokerage Marketing Support Specialist. Her role is to provide support for brokers on the Industrial, Office, Retail and Investment teams. The brokers depend on her to help them prepare leases, proposals, brochures, presentations, offering memorandums and numerous other marketing projects necessary to best serve their client’s needs. Tammy also works on corporate marketing and advertising as needed.

Tammy’s extensive experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant in the architectural, property development, and construction industries, as well as her work as Co-Chair of a grassroots group working to restore and preserve a local historic landmark, has given her a broad base of expertise which benefits all of our brokers and their clients.
